SURREY HILLS SMART COMPLEX
This project was something a little different for Hampshire based electrician, Derek. A Loxone smart home system was installed to control heating & cooling as well as all lighting with lots of RGBW LED stip to make the most of a lovely pool
The swimming pool didn't miss out on automation with an Aquastar air 6 port valve installed to add a fully automated, intelligent pool control system to your Loxone smart home
LIGHTING DESIGN
Create ambience with the use of temperature and colour changing lighting. Many different themes can be achieved with just a small change in colour temperature or colour, as shown in the picture. DRC Electrical Services can offer great advice to achieve your desired lighting effects.
SMART COTTAGE INSTALLATION
On this project, DRC Electrical Services installed a Loxone smart home system to control all aspects of the home.
The smart home system enabled the occupier to control all smart products from a smart phone, Ipad or laptop from the Velux windows and blinds in the bedroom to making sure the temp of the UFH is just right.
Hampshire electrician, Derek added the Loxone music server which enabled remote activation of radio and notification in the home and the detached office.
Full home coverage WIFI was also installed to the home and garden.
SURREY SMART HOME
On this project, a Loxone smart home system was installed by Basingstoke electrician Derek, to run all aspects of the home as follows:
· Lighting
· Heating and cooling
· Door entry and control of gates
· NFC touch entry was used to control access to pool for extra safety for the children.
DRC Electrical Services also installed a full CCTV system to cover the property for that extra peace of mind as well as full home coverage WIFI to the home and garden and a CYP 4K AV matrix to distribute and manage AV signals throughout the multi-room AV environment
